As we wrap up the year, we’re excited to share some major new features and updates that many of our users have been requesting!
Tigg has rolled out the "Scan with AI" feature for all organizations! With Tigg AI, invoices are scanned and automatically updated in the system, eliminating the need for manual data entry. Each organization now enjoys the ability to scan up to 20 invoices daily, with the limit refreshing every 24 hours. With 99% accuracy for handwritten english bills and 95% accuracy for handwritten Nepali bills, Tigg AI is transforming the accounting as a whole.
Users can now enable the ‘Recent Selling Price’ feature, allowing the system to suggest selling prices based on the most recent transaction for each product across Quotations, Sales Orders, Invoices, and Credit Notes. To activate this feature, users can simply select the ‘Recent Selling Price’ option in the general settings under the configuration tab and click the app. This helps ensure consistency and accelerates the sales process.
Tigg now supports the inclusion of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) while recording invoices. With this, users can easily track TDS amounts deducted by customers at the invoice stage, even before payments are received. This ensures better visibility of tax deductions, simplifies tax reconciliation, and makes overall tax management more efficient and accurate.
With the update in POS, users can now assign Kitchen Order Tickets (KOTs) to specific printers based on product categories! This feature make the operation easier by automatically routing bar item KOTs to the bar printer and kitchen orders to the kitchen printer. By ensuring the right orders reach the right stations, this update improves workflow efficiency and reduces errors in busy environments.
The latest POS update brings enhanced Order Reports with more comprehensive details. Reports now include essential information such as Invoice Number, Customer Name, Customer Count, Delivery Partner Name, and Total Order Amount. This improvement provides greater visibility into your sales data, helping users make better-informed decisions and streamline operations.
Users can now view detailed information, including customer and supplier details, as well as the rate and amount of recent product transactions. Additionally, a direct Excel export option has been introduced, making it easier to analyze and share inventory data. This update provides deeper insights and streamlines inventory management for greater efficiency.
