At the forefront was the integration of AI-powered tools, including the "Scan with AI" feature, which allowed all users to scan up to 20 invoices daily for free. With 99% accuracy for handwritten English bills and 95% accuracy for handwritten Nepali bills, Tigg AI is transforming the accounting as a whole. This feature simplified invoice processing and reduced manual effort, improving efficiency by 115x.

In response to a government notice mandating the inclusion of HS codes in every bill, Tigg promptly introduced HS code implementation within its billing module. This update allows businesses to generate tax-compliant invoices. This enhancement is just one of the many updates made to Tigg's billing templates this year.

Tigg also introduced an SMS feature, enabling users to send bulk or customized messages to their contacts with ease. With auto-fill options, businesses can personalize messages for greetings, notices, payment reminders, and any other client communication. This update helps businesses maintain effective and tailored engagement with their clients, enhancing customer relationships and operational efficiency.

Production feature for manufacturing clients were also introduced this year, enabling them to combine multiple components into a single finished product. This feature includes tools like Bill of Materials to automate inventory and optimize costs, production orders to align schedules with sales, and a production journal to track costs and ensure quality control. Detailed reports such as Production Summary and Variance offer valuable insights, while inventory tracking simplifies material and cost management, especially for small businesses.

Tigg’s Balance Confirmation Letter Generation feature allows users to create highly customized letters for customers and suppliers by using Custom Tags. These tags are placeholders that automatically populate with the relevant information based on the organization, customer, or supplier details, as well as transaction data within a specified date range. This ensures that you can quickly confirm balances and maintain smooth communication with your business partners.

We plan to introduce a developer API that will allow businesses and third-party applications to integrate with Tigg. This initiative will unlock new possibilities for custom workflows, integrations, and automation tailored to unique business needs.
Recognizing the importance of banking integrations, we will enable direct connections with banks. Users will be able to retrieve bank statements directly into Tigg, smoothening reconciliation processes and ensuring real-time financial insights.
To improve communication and efficiency, we’ll release a feature that allows users to send emails to their contacts directly from within Tigg. This enhancement will enable quick follow-ups and sharing of invoices, statements, or reminders.
Tigg AI wil alsol be enhanced to make the recording process easier and more efficient. The "Scan with AI" feature will then support additional document types, such as bank deposit vouchers, allowing users to record payment and receipt transactions. With the ability to automatically identify transaction types and smarter suggestions for categorization, Tigg AI will simplify financial management, save time, and reduce errors.
Beyond new features, a significant part of 2025 will be dedicated to refining our existing system. From simplifying workflows to improving system speed and usability, we aim to make every aspect of the Tigg experience better.
