23 October 2024:  New Release of Balance Confirmation Letter

Businesses use a balance confirmation letter to verify account balances with customers or suppliers for audits or year-end processes. Tigg’s balance confirmation feature lets users create customized letters for customers and suppliers, using custom tags that auto-fill organization, customer, supplier, and transaction details.

• You can now generate a Balance Confirmation Letter from the Customer or Supplier page, with options to preview, print, or download based on your selected date range

• You can also modify the existing template design for balance confirmation letters, with options to edit and save changes for future use.

• You can create a new template design for balance confirmation letters, customize it in the editor, and save it for future use.

• You can also generate a custom tag template design with tags for Organization, Contact, Date, Balance, Sales, and Purchase, inserting tags directly into your template as needed.

25 October 2024 : Improvement in the Report Filter

Tigg’s report feature has been updated for improved usability, relocating the primary filter option to the top for easier report viewing.

Additionally, a "Show Filters" box on the right provides expanded filter options based on the report selected.
