Tigg has introduced Branch Wise Accounting, allowing businesses to allocate accounting transactions to branches across all relevant features. Previously, branch allocation was available only for sales-related transactions. With this enhancement, businesses can now manage accounting transactions across different branches, making branch-level accounting more organized and easier to manage.

With Branch Wise Accounting, businesses can now manage their accounting activities based on individual branches. The key features include:

• Branch-wise Accounting Transactions: Accounting transactions can be allocated to the respective branches across applicable features.
• Branch-wise User Management: Users can be assigned to specific branches, allowing businesses to manage users according to their branch responsibilities.
• Branch-wise User Permissions: User access and permissions can be controlled based on the branches assigned to them.
• Branch-wise Reporting: Reports can be viewed for individual branches by applying the Billing Location filter.
• Branch-wise Report Permissions: Report access can be controlled according to assigned branches, ensuring users can access relevant branch-level reports.
• Branch-wise Printing Templates: Different printing templates can be configured for individual branches, allowing branch-specific documents to be generated according to their requirements.

18 August 2026: Tigg & Blanxer Integration

Tigg has introduced Blanxer Integration, making it easier for businesses to connect their e-commerce sales with their accounting in Tigg. With this integration, Sales Orders created in Blanxer can be converted into Invoices, which can then be synced directly to Tigg. This helps businesses transfer their sales information to Tigg more efficiently while reducing the need for manual data entry.

With Blanxer Integration, businesses can benefit from:

• Sales Order to Invoice Conversion: Sales Orders created in Blanxer can be converted into Invoices. Once converted, the Invoice can be synced directly to Tigg, where the corresponding sales information is recorded automatically.
• Automatic Product and Contact Sync: When an Invoice is synced to Tigg, the product and contact details included in the Invoice are also automatically synced. This helps businesses keep their product and contact records consistent across both systems.
• Payment Sync: Payment information associated with the Invoice is also reflected in Tigg. For fully paid Invoices, the full payment amount is recorded. For partially paid Invoices, only the amount that has been paid is recorded. If the Invoice is unpaid, only the Invoice is recorded without a payment entry.
• Tax Invoice Printing: Tax Invoices can be printed from Blanxer using the Tigg Invoice format, allowing businesses to maintain a consistent invoice format for their sales transactions.
• Reduced Manual Work: By connecting Blanxer and Tigg through the Invoice, businesses can reduce repetitive data entry and avoid manually entering sales, product, contact, and payment information into their accounting system.

The Blanxer Integration provides businesses with a smoother workflow from e-commerce sales to accounting. Businesses can create a Sales Order in Blanxer, convert it into an Invoice, and then sync the Invoice to Tigg. The relevant product, contact, and payment information can also be reflected in Tigg as part of the synchronization process.

Dynamic QR Display on Nizi POS Device via Tigg POS Web

The Dynamic QR Display on the Nizi POS Device is now supported for transactions processed through Tigg POS Web.Previously, the Nizi POS Device could display Dynamic QR only for transactions processed through the Tigg POS App.With this enhancement, Tigg POS Web users can now display the transaction-specific Dynamic QR directly on the Nizi POS Device.
Customers can scan the QR to complete their payments conveniently.
This improvement provides a more seamless digital payment experience for businesses using Tigg POS Web.

New Integration with Daraz Billing.Com

The Sales Invoice and Credit Note transfer process between Tigg and Daraz has been improved with a new API integration. Users can now send Sales Invoices and Credit Notes directly from Tigg to Daraz using the Send to Daraz option, making the document transfer process simpler and more efficient.

Once sent from Tigg, the Sales Invoice or Credit Note PDF is linked to the corresponding Daraz Order Number. This allows users to easily access the relevant billing document directly from the respective Daraz order without having to manage the document separately.

Users can view and print the linked PDF directly from Daraz in the proper IRD billing format. This improvement provides a more convenient way to manage Sales Invoices and Credit Notes while making the overall billing process between Tigg and Daraz more seamless.

Improvement: Direct Printing of Day Report on Tigg POS App

The Tigg POS App now allows users to print the Day Report directly from the mobile app without downloading it first. Previously, users had to download the report before printing. With this improvement, the Day Report can be sent directly for printing, making the process faster and more convenient. This reduces extra steps and helps businesses complete their day-end reporting more efficiently.
